The coaching experience

You might be carrying a decision that feels difficult to untangle, questioning whether something needs to change, or simply feeling mentally overloaded by the pressure of everyday life.

 

I offer a calm, supportive one to one coaching experience over 8 weeks, delivered online via Zoom.

This is a space to pause, reflect, untangle your thinking and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

What's included?

6 x 60 minute coaching sessions via Zoom across 8 weeks

Sessions held weekly or fortnightly, with space between sessions to reflect and build momentum

Optional light-touch email or WhatsApp support between sessions

A calm, consistent space for reflection and support

Investment

The 8 week coaching experience is £900.
