Coaching can be helpful if you feel stuck in overthinking, unsure what to do next, struggling to switch off, or going round in circles with a decision.
You do not need to have everything figured out before starting.
Over the 8 weeks, we work together through a series of one to one coaching conversations focused on what feels most important to you.
Sessions are calm, reflective, and practical, giving you space to think clearly, explore what is going on, and move forward with more clarity and confidence.
The space between sessions is an important part of the process.
It gives you time to reflect, process conversations, notice patterns, and begin putting things into practice without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.
Sessions are usually held weekly, though fortnightly sessions can sometimes work better depending on your schedule and what support feels most helpful for you.
Optional light-touch email or WhatsApp support is available between sessions for brief reflections, questions, or encouragement.
Not at all. Many clients come to coaching because they feel mentally full, unclear, or unsure where to start.
Part of the process is creating space to untangle things and work out what matters most.
Some clients choose to continue with further coaching sessions after the 8 weeks, depending on the support they are looking for and what feels helpful for them at the time.
We can always discuss this together towards the end of the programme.
Sessions currently take place online via Zoom during weekday daytime hours.
Yes. Coaching sessions are confidential, aside from the rare situations where there is a legal or safeguarding obligation to disclose information.
No. Coaching is future focused and designed to help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self awareness.
It is different from counselling or therapy, though many people find coaching works well alongside therapeutic support.
A clarity call is a complimentary 30 minute conversation where we can talk about what is bringing you to coaching, what support you are looking for, and whether working together feels like the right fit.
There is no pressure or obligation to continue afterwards.
