About me

Hi, I’m Louise.

 

Before moving into coaching, I spent over 15 years working in education, including leadership roles supporting teachers, schools and senior leaders through challenge, pressure and change.

 

I’ve always been drawn to conversations where people feel stuck, overwhelmed or unsure what to do next. Over time, I became increasingly interested in how our thinking shapes the way we experience situations - the overthinking, self-doubt and pressure that can keep us feeling stuck.

 

Coaching felt like a natural next step.

 

I’m also a mum of two, so I understand how full and demanding life can feel. Sometimes what we need most is space to pause, think clearly and reconnect with what matters.

 

Now, I support women to untangle their thinking, feel more confident in their decisions, and move forward with greater clarity.

 

I’m an ICF trained professional coach and an Advanced NLP practitioner.

How I work

Coaching gives you the space to pause, reflect, and hear your own thoughts more clearly.

My role is not to tell you what to do, but to help you explore what is going on, understand what matters most, and support you to make decisions and move forward in a way that feels right for you.

I offer a calm, supportive and confidential space where you can think clearly without judgement or pressure.

You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin.

Sometimes having the space to talk things through can help you make sense of what is going on and decide what to do next.
